I was very impressed by the service we received on our visit to the Aviance lounge in North terminal Gatwick airport. The atmosphere was very laid-back and relaxed not at all what I would have expected at an airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the snacks and beverages available. All in all this is a service I would strongly recommend
